Meelk Property Services Limited is a Nigerian property development and real estate services company, and we work on two fronts.
We develop our own property: funding, building, and in many cases buying and renovating homes and units that we then sell, rent, or lease. This is at the core of what we do, and it means we carry the same risk our clients carry. We know what it takes to get a building right because we do it with our own money.
We also deliver property work for clients: building, renovating, fitting out interiors, advising on and verifying acquisitions, managing facilities, and supervising projects end to end on their behalf, across residential, commercial, and institutional needs.
What ties both together is how the work is controlled. Every project runs on a defined scope, a documented budget, scheduled reporting, and a proper handover. Photos, videos, invoices, and written updates come as standard, not as verbal reassurances.

Most of our client work is never shown publicly, and that is deliberate. Many of our clients, particularly diaspora owners, prefer that their property, their name, and the fact that they own here stay private. We respect that completely.
We keep a private Project Album of completed and ongoing work that we walk serious clients through directly, in conversation. What we publish is our own developments. What we build for clients, we discuss with you in private.

Engr. Gerald A. Azonobo leads Meelk Property Services Limited with an engineering background and practical business experience, bringing a structured, delivery-focused approach to every project. Under his direction, scopes are defined and documented, site work is checked against them, and clients hear the truth about cost and timeline even when it is not the easy message.
He sets the standard the company runs on: quality construction, responsible supervision, proper documentation, and value-driven delivery, across both our own developments and the projects we deliver for clients.
