Meelk's construction, renovation, facility management, and supply work runs on a vetted network of trade vendors, artisans, and material suppliers across Lagos and Abuja — and we are always expanding it.
Who should register
Plumbers, electricians, tilers, painters, carpenters and joiners, masons, welders, air-conditioning and generator technicians, cleaning and fumigation providers, security providers, waste managers, landscapers, building materials suppliers, furniture and fittings suppliers, and logistics providers.
What to send
Your business or personal name, trade or supply category, coverage areas (Lagos and/or Abuja), years of experience, two recent references or photos of completed work, and — for registered companies — your CAC details. Send it to vendors@meelkpropertyservices.com with your trade as the subject line.
What to expect
Verification and reference checks, a trial engagement on a scoped job, documented work orders, agreed rates before work starts, prompt and documented payment, and a performance review after each engagement. Good vendors stay busy with us.
